Banshield provides read-only monitoring, analysis, and alerting related to Stripe account activity. The Service is designed to help users understand potential risk indicators associated with Stripe account restrictions, reserves, freezes, or other enforcement actions.
Banshield does not process payments, does not control Stripe decisions, and does not interact with customer transactions.
2. No Affiliation With Stripe
Banshield is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Stripe.
“Stripe” is a trademark of Stripe, Inc. All references are for descriptive purposes only.
3. Read-Only Access
When you connect a Stripe account to Banshield:
Access is strictly read-only
Banshield cannot modify transactions, payouts, balances, customers, settings, or account configurations
Banshield cannot prevent, reverse, or override any Stripe enforcement action
You retain full control of your Stripe account at all times.
4. No Guarantees or Warranties
Banshield provides informational insights only.
We do not guarantee that Stripe bans, freezes, reserves, or restrictions will be avoided
Risk scores, alerts, and guidance are estimates, not predictions or assurances
Stripe enforcement actions are determined solely by Stripe
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
5. Early Access & Beta Features
Some features may be offered as part of early access, beta, or preview releases.
During early access:
Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued
Availability and pricing are subject to change
Service interruptions may occur
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
Maintain proper authorization to connect any Stripe account
You may not use the Service for:
Fraudulent activity
Circumventing Stripe policies
Attempting to manipulate or misrepresent account behavior
7. Pricing & Subscriptions
Pricing, subscription terms, and billing details are described on the Banshield website and may change over time.
Early access pricing may differ from future pricing.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if:
These Terms are violated
Misuse or abuse is detected
Required by law or operational necessity
You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Banshield shall not be liable for:
Stripe account bans, freezes, reserves, or restrictions
Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Banshield in the preceding 12 months.

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how data is collected, used, and protected.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
